Job Summary
To support federal HR staffing initiatives, the full-time Delegated Examining Certified HR Specialist will consult with managerial personnel to develop recruitment strategies, utilize assessment tools, and post vacancy announcements in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with managers to create recruitment strategies and develop specialized experience statements and assessment tools
- Post vacancy announcements and review candidates for eligibility and qualifications, issuing certificates of eligibles to management
- Conduct quality reviews of staffing case files and perform outreach recruitment efforts as needed
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of federal Human Resources staffing experience
- Active Delegated Examining Certification required
- Experience with USA Staffing and familiarity with USA Hire and assessment tools
- Required to obtain and maintain a Tier-4 Public Trust background investigation
