Delinquency Management Lead
Job Summary
Serving as a senior technical lead, the full-time Delinquency Management Solutions Lead will design, administer, and optimize business systems and technologies for Delinquency Management operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and production support activities, ensuring seamless integration and data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and deliver effective technology solutions for client onboarding and operational transformation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline
- Seven (7)+ years of experience in systems administration, solution architecture, or related technical fields
- Three (3)+ years of experience with SQL, database technologies, and reporting tools
- Experience leading client implementations and managing complex system integrations
- Preferred experience in financial services or collections operations within a regulated environment
