Deliverability Consultant
Job Summary
As a subject matter expert, the remote Deliverability Consultant will guide clients toward sending success by interpreting deliverability-related data and providing actionable insights through reports, business reviews, and client meetings while also assisting in onboarding new clients and tackling additional projects to enhance processes and client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Advocate for clients by adopting the Cordial deliverability philosophy and interpreting data on their behalf
- Onboard and implement programs for a diverse range of clients, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs
- Document ongoing project work, produce content for the blog and knowledge base, and identify process gaps to propose solutions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role
- Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and industry best practices
- Experience onboarding new clients, including IP and domain warmups
- Familiarity with MTA service providers and the intricacies of sending to major ISPs
- Proficient in G Suite tools and foundational understanding of APIs and BI tools
