Job Summary
Independently leading the installation of tools and analyzing operational data, the fully remote Delivery Acceleration Tools Lead Consultant will serve as the subject matter expert for Agility, utilizing data analysis, Fabric, and AI skills to enhance productivity metrics and support strategic initiatives across Insurance Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Delivery Acceleration Product Lifecycle and Processes Lead Consultant to implement Agility tool utilization standards across teams
- Drive data inputs and outputs using Fabric and AI to create productivity metrics and executive narratives that inform leadership on delivery health and improvement opportunities
- Research and implement tools for planning, prioritization, reporting, and delivery tracking across Delivery Acceleration
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, particularly using Fabric and AI
- Experience in strategic planning and initiative support
- Ability to manage complex projects with minimal direction
