Delivery Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting project teams and Delivery Leads, the full-time Delivery Analyst will manage project portfolio data, maintain delivery tools, and coordinate logistics in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain project portfolio data in the Enterprise PPM tool and ensure resource profiles are current
- Build and manage dashboards and reports to highlight portfolio progress and resource utilization
- Compile status updates and maintain consolidated RAID logs while coordinating project logistics
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, or a related role
- Experience with project portfolio management tools, preferably Planview Portfolio
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery concepts or a strong interest in learning
