Delivery Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and client-focused, the entry-level Delivery Analyst will manage client onboarding, platform delivery, and ongoing support for measurement clients in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Management to lead onboarding calls and confirm measurement scope and deliverables
• Build and maintain custom audiences and manage tickets for pixel QA and data discrepancies
• Create and deliver platform dashboard reporting and support troubleshooting for platform issues

Required qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and deliverables simultaneously
• Comfort with data platforms, ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA), and technical concepts like pixels and data mapping
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with an ability to learn new internal tools
• A proactive mindset focused on quality assurance and scalable delivery processes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and escalate client needs or risks appropriately
