Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning experiences both virtually and in-person, ensuring customer satisfaction and measurable outcomes
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with practitioners and senior leaders to deepen customer engagement and support long-term success
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning materials and facilitation techniques by capturing feedback and sharing insights

• Active certification in Insights Discovery with a commitment to continuous professional development
• Proven experience in delivering high-impact facilitation and learning experiences
• Ability to build strong relationships with practitioners and senior stakeholders
• Commercially curious mindset, focused on creating meaningful outcomes for customers
