Job Summary
Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will manage Delivery Managers and ensure delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee delivery governance and lead Delivery Managers across multiple client engagements
- Steer operations to meet established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams distributed globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with a focus on managing multiple client engagements
- Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop teams
