Job Summary
To support a dynamic management team, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee project management practices using agile methodologies, collaborate with Project Managers, and ensure effective communication with clients in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct project management practices and ensure compliance with established methodologies
- Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for the team of Project Managers
- Manage complex client issues and secure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in project management within software outsourcing
- Experience with budget management and software development management
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Advanced English language skills
