Job Summary
To ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction across multiple engagements, the full-time remote Delivery Director will lead Delivery Managers, oversee governance, and manage concurrent client relationships in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
- Steer structure to meet established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with distributed teams worldwide
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project or multi-client environments
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
- Management experience with a focus on delivery expectations and escalations
