Delivery Director

Job Summary

To support a growing management team, the full-time Delivery Director will direct project management practices using agile methodologies, collaborate with the PMO, and ensure effective communication between project managers and clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct project management practices and ensure compliance with established methodologies
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for a team of Project Managers
• Manage customer relationships and escalate relevant issues to the VP when necessary

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development management
• Strong budget management skills
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Advanced English level
