Job Summary
Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will manage Delivery Managers and oversee governance to ensure delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across multiple client engagements
- Steer operations to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams distributed globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
- Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
