Job Summary
Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee delivery governance, ensure operational stability, and drive client satisfaction in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and oversee governance across multiple client portfolios
- Steer operations to meet C-Level KPIs, including client satisfaction and delivery stability
- Manage multiple client engagements with multicultural teams globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
- Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
