- Steer the structure to meet C-Level established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple client engagements
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a multi-project environment
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
- Management experience in overseeing delivery expectations and escalations
