Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of projects, the full-time Delivery Director will manage project management practices using agile methodologies, collaborate with the PMO, and ensure effective communication between Project Managers and clients in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for the project portfolio
- Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for the team of Project Managers
- Ensure consistent HR policies and support delivery managers and project managers while escalating relevant issues to the VP
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing
- Experience with budget management and software development management
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Advanced English level
