Leading portfolio-level engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple client projects remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction while managing Delivery Managers and technical teams across diverse, multicultural environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
- Steer operations to meet established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across global teams
Required qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project environments
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
- Management experience in overseeing delivery expectations and escalations
