- Steer efforts to meet established KPIs related to client satisfaction, delivery stability, and operational efficiency
- Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of multicultural teams
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
- Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
- Strong leadership abilities to develop and guide teams effectively
