Job Summary
Leading the largest active enterprise program, the full-time Delivery Lead, Enterprise Programs will manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise business systems and transformation initiatives while overseeing a team of program managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Personally lead the largest enterprise program from business case through go-live
- Oversee Program Managers and scale the team as the portfolio of enterprise business system programs grows
- Own the delivery standards for enterprise system and transformation programs, ensuring compliance with stage gates and go-live readiness
Required qualifications:
- 10-12 years in program management with experience in CRM, ERP, or HRIS deployments delivered end to end
- Proven experience leading programs where business functions own the system and requirements
- Demonstrated vendor and systems integrator management on major deployments
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
