Delivery Lead - Life Sciences
Job Summary
To support pre-sales activities and manage strategic service engagements in IT Quality, validation, and compliance for the Life Sciences industry, the full-time remote Delivery Lead - Life Sciences will leverage over 10 years of experience in CSV/CSA within FDA or EMA regulated environments.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate project costs, support sales efforts, and author/review Statements of Work (SOWs) for profitable customer engagements
- Manage and execute strategic project engagements as a billable Validation Project Manager while providing guidance to the implementation team
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned and new partner accounts
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in CSV/CSA and GAMP 5 risk-based validation in FDA or EMA regulated environments
- Experience with regulated solutions for life science companies, including ERP, EQMS, and LIMS
- Familiarity with testing management tools such as HPAL and JIRA, as well as digital validation tools like ValGenesis and Kneat
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced team environment
