Delivery Lead Manager
Job Summary
Leading large-scale implementation projects for clients, the full-time remote Delivery Lead Manager will manage complex system implementations, process transitions, and technology deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Develop project plans and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in claims and premium billing
- 3-5 years' experience in implementation, claims configuration, project management, or consulting roles
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business operations preferred
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, MS Project)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools (RPA, AI, ML)
