Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Managing client engagements, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will oversee the execution of AI agent solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while serving as the primary client contact throughout the process.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and approve Statements of Work, validating effort estimates and delivery feasibility before project initiation
- Project-manage engineering teams through the build, testing, and deployment phases, maintaining client communication and managing expectations
- Coordinate the stabilization post-launch and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success / Account Management
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Engagement Management, or Technical Project Management within enterprise software or SaaS
- Demonstrated success in delivering technical projects on time and on budget, preferably involving AI or custom software implementations
- Ability to read and validate technical scope documents without direct coding involvement
- Strong client-facing skills with experience managing expectations and delivering updates professionally
- Experience managing engineering teams through structured delivery processes, including sprints and change control
