Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and client-focused, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will oversee client onboarding, platform delivery, and ongoing support for measurement clients, ensuring accurate and timely configuration of reporting and data needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding calls, confirming measurement scope and service expectations
- Build and maintain custom audiences and manage metadata mapping for client deliverables
- Create and manage JIRA tickets for troubleshooting platform issues and support requests
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical account management role in ad tech or media measurement
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and deliverables simultaneously
- Comfort with data platforms and ticketing systems, such as JIRA
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive mindset with an interest in building scalable delivery processes
