Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Delivery Analysts and Managers, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will oversee client onboarding, reporting, and measurement delivery while ensuring quality and scalability of the team's output.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor ongoing client delivery, reporting, and billing operations across a portfolio of accounts
• Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize their contributions and professional growth
• Resolve complex client issues and escalate risks as needed, while collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of management experience, preferably leading a team of 2 to 5 direct reports
• 6+ years of experience in media, advertising, or client success, with a focus on reporting and account management
• Strong working knowledge of reporting and measurement products
• Proven track record of resolving complex, non-technical client issues and de-escalating risks
