Leading agile development teams, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will establish productive relationships with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations through transparent communication, and coach team members in Agile practices to ensure successful product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients, teams, and key stakeholders
- Manage client expectations and communicate status, risks, and decisions proactively
- Coach the Development Team in Agile methodologies and maintain team health and performance awareness
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product or technical leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge and experience of Agile practices and principles
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of technical concepts and architectural principles
