Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Leading bank-facing delivery for a card, payments, and expense management platform, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will ensure timely product delivery, meet regulatory requirements, and facilitate successful UAT and production launches while collaborating with banks and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary delivery interface for issuing banks and payments partners, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and launch readiness
- Lead requirements, planning, and solutioning sessions for card issuing, payments, and operational workflows
- Own corporate client onboarding and offboarding delivery, including defining workflows and ensuring UAT readiness
Required qualifications
- Experience delivering payments, card issuing, or expense management platforms in fintech or regulated B2B SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience working with issuing banks, BIN sponsors, processors, or card networks
- Strong understanding of payments lifecycles including authorization, clearing, and reconciliation
- Proven ability to lead requirements definition and partner delivery in multi-stakeholder environments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
