Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To support the delivery and deployment of Par Retail's Platform, the full-time Delivery Manager will lead projects for new and existing customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive productive conversations across teams
- Own end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Identify risks and dependencies early, driving mitigation to ensure successful delivery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3 years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies
- 3 years of Technology/Software Project Delivery experience
- 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence
- Certification(s) such as CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMP are a plus
