Job Summary
To lead strategic technology delivery and client engagement, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will oversee banking and financial services initiatives, focusing on digital transformation, AI-led engineering, and portfolio growth while building executive-level relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs in Banking, Payments, Wealth & Retirement sectors
- Build and manage executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for technology strategy and modernization initiatives
- Lead large-scale digital transformation programs, including application modernization and cloud adoption
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, program management, or engineering leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large technology portfolios in Banking and Financial Services
- Strong domain expertise in Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, and Retirement Services
- Demonstrated success in application development, modernization, and quality engineering programs
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled engineering transformation and Generative AI adoption across the SDLC
