Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To support the VA team, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality software while facilitating Agile ceremonies and tracking delivery progress.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage delivery progress, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Owners on roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning
- Break down product initiatives into actionable tasks for engineering teams while fostering a collaborative team environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing software delivery in an Agile environment, preferably on federal programs
- Familiarity with VA.gov platform conventions or similar federal digital services
- Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Ability to work across disciplines and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
