Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery outcomes and operational performance across complex accounts and project portfolios
- Oversee delivery financial health, forecasts, and quality while aligning staffing with client priorities
- Manage senior client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain transparency and accountability
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant delivery, program, project, or portfolio management experience
- Proven ability to manage delivery outcomes for complex accounts spanning multiple projects
- Experience in managing delivery financial health, capacity, and client satisfaction
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including alignment of senior client and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to mentor Program Managers and Senior Project Managers
