Focusing on improving delivery processes, the remote Delivery Manager will oversee cross-functional initiatives within Acquisitions, ensuring timely project execution and effective communication among teams.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery approach and serve as the primary contact for delivery-related inquiries within teams
- Run delivery discovery on new work, mapping dependencies and risks while maintaining updated plans
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and third parties, fostering strong working relationships and communication on delivery status and risks
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience delivering cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Proven track record of identifying and resolving delivery issues before escalation
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to recognize and act on team connections
- Clear communication skills at both peer and manager levels, including stakeholder facilitation
- Ability to travel approximately 4 times per year for in-person collaboration
