Leading complex healthcare payer transformation programs, the full-time Delivery Manager, Healthcare Payer will manage end-to-end delivery initiatives, drive Agile execution, and maintain governance while working in a hybrid environment.

- Lead the delivery of healthcare payer transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives and client expectations
- Drive Agile execution across multiple workstreams, including business analysis, development, testing, and release management
- Establish and maintain delivery governance, managing program risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology delivery programs in healthcare payer environments
- Proven experience managing platform implementations and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Jira governance
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage executive stakeholders
