Delivery Operations Lead

Job Summary

To ensure efficient client project management, the part-time contract Delivery Operations Lead will oversee task assignments, maintain project timelines and budgets, and facilitate communication among teams in a fully remote role for a duration of three months.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake queue in Scoro, assigning new tasks to the appropriate team members within one business day
• Maintain a prioritized delivery queue across clients and departments, adjusting timelines based on capacity and complexity
• Track budgeted versus actual hours on projects, flagging any potential overages or risks early

Required qualifications

• Experience in delivery operations, resourcing, or traffic management at an agency or professional services firm
• Proficiency with work management platforms, preferably Scoro, Asana, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make quick decisions on task prioritization
• Experience tracking budgets and forecasting project capacity
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization
