Job Summary

Managing the flow of work across multiple campaigns, the full-time remote Delivery Operations Manager will oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and team capacity while ensuring timely delivery of initiatives across various domains including advertising and events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake, prioritization, scheduling, and allocation of work across multiple projects
• Monitor team capacity and workload to ensure effective resource utilization and adherence to deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize workflows and support successful project execution

Required qualifications

• Experience in a Traffic Manager, Resource Manager, Project Coordinator, or Workflow Management role
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Experience using project or resource-management platforms such as Asana or Workfront
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
