Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day operations of Amplified Squads, the full-time Delivery Operations Manager will ensure the accuracy of the Delivery Intelligence Platform, oversee release management, and automate processes to enhance efficiency in a hybrid-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Stand up new squads and maintain their alignment with goals and initiatives
- Act as the steward of the Delivery Intelligence Platform, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for the business line
- Run daily release management and publish clear release announcements for engineering and product teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in delivery operations, project coordination, or Jira administration within a technology company
- Advanced Jira user with knowledge of JQL, boards, and automation rules
- Fluency in Confluence and Slack as collaborative tools
- Experience with AI tools and automation in daily work processes
- Background in AdTech, HealthTech, or data-intensive SaaS is a plus
