Delivery Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting operational management and coordination of customer projects, the full-time Delivery Operations Specialist will maintain project plans, financial forecasts, and schedules while working remotely alongside Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads to ensure effective delivery and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Support planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing customer projects to ensure successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Maintain and manage integrated project plans, schedules, financial data, and governance documentation for accurate project execution
• Prepare executive-quality project reporting that communicates project health, financial status, and recommended management actions

Required qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of experience in IT, software implementation, healthcare technology, or professional services environments
• Working knowledge of project management disciplines including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Proficiency in Professional Services Automation (PSA) and project management platforms such as Klient PSA, Jira, or Microsoft Project
