Delphi Developer
Job Summary
Supporting the development and enhancement of Department of Veterans Affairs solutions, the full-time remote Delphi Developer will develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and maintains code for applications, ensuring adherence to quality and security standards
- Participates in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily scrums, while leading code reviews and mentoring junior developers
- Designs solutions and executes unit tests, providing maintenance and updates to existing applications as necessary
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Delphi development, particularly with Embarcadero Delphi 10.3
- Proficient in modern software design methodologies, including Agile and object-oriented design
- Experience with Integrated Development Environments such as Eclipse or Visual Studio
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Jira, and ServiceNow is preferred
