To support a growing marketing team, the full-time remote Demand Generation Manager will lead webinar programs, enhance event-driven pipeline generation, and refine lead management processes to optimize conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the promotion, registration, and production of webinars, ensuring effective follow-up and distribution
- Collaborate with Account Executives to convert event participation into pipeline opportunities through timely follow-up
- Refine lead scoring and routing systems while managing marketing automation and campaign tracking
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in demand generation or marketing roles, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM integration
- Experience managing and executing successful webinar and event programs
- Ability to analyze data and report on marketing performance metrics
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies and lead nurturing processes
