Demand Management Leader

Job Summary

Leading demand and proposal management for enterprise-level commercial opportunities, the full-time remote Demand Management Leader will support cross-business collaboration, manage supply and demand planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Projects Coordination Office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage demand and proposal activities as the primary liaison among the PCO and Commercial teams
• Develop and improve demand management tools to enhance visibility into equipment manufacturing and demand
• Lead cross-segment proposal development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality integrated proposals to customers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
• Eight years of experience in strategic marketing, sales operations, or commercial finance roles within the power industry
• Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights for decision-making
• Experience in proposal management and customer advocacy
• Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
