Demand Planner
Job Summary
As a key member of the Pet Nutrition team, the full-time Demand Planner will drive forecast accuracy, manage the demand plan for key brands, and collaborate with various departments while working onsite in Bolton, Ontario.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the demand planner for key brands, ensuring alignment with the annual forecast
- Conduct detailed reviews with the Sales team to maintain adherence to the planning calendar milestones
- Lead the maintenance of forecast templates and Power BI reports for monthly demand management reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
- 2+ years of overall experience, including 1-2 years in Demand Planning or CPFR in CPG
- Understanding of demand dynamics in the CPG retail environment in Canada
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with Power BI
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Supply, Finance, and Marketing teams
