Demand Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support demand forecasting for VR headset and wearables product lines, the full-time temporary Demand Planning & Forecasting Analyst will build and maintain sell-through and sell-in forecasts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present insights to business leaders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive accurate demand planning and identify growth initiatives
• Build and present sell-through and sell-in forecasts using quantitative and qualitative datasets
• Analyze actual vs forecast performance, identify root causes, and implement mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in forecasting and demand planning
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis
• Experience with hardware products demand forecasting
• Strong background in business strategy, finance, analytics, or sales planning
