Demand Planning Lead
Job Summary
Leading demand planning and SIOP processes, the full-time remote Demand Planning Lead will manage forecast alignment, revenue risk mitigation, and analytics while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to enhance forecast accuracy and achieve revenue objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts using historical data and market trends
- Partner with Sales to identify and close volume gaps against FINPLAN commitments
- Lead forecast alignment reviews with strategic customers to improve collaboration and accountability
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- 2+ years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar planning systems
- 2+ years of experience utilizing SAP ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and forecasting models
