Job Summary
Leading the demand planning process for a multi-state cannabis portfolio, the remote Demand Planning Manager will manage forecasts, translate market trends into actionable plans, and ensure alignment across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Operations while working Eastern or Central Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Own the demand planning process and maintain the rolling demand forecast across all applicable markets, product categories, brands, and SKUs
- Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month demand plan, incorporating historical sales, inventory, and market trends
- Facilitate demand review meetings and drive resolution of gaps between commercial forecasts and operating plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning
- Experience managing forecasts across multiple products, locations, or markets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP, planning, and business intelligence systems
