Demo Engineer

Job Summary

As the first Demo Engineer in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will own and enhance demo environments, ensuring they are reliable and tailored for the go-to-market team, while managing demo readiness and generating realistic demo data.

Key responsibilities

• Own and customize the demo environment infrastructure to support the go-to-market team
• Generate realistic demo data and automate the population of demo environments
• Ensure demo readiness for new product releases and maintain clear documentation for the go-to-market team

Required qualifications

• Experience working with JSON, REST APIs, and scripting for environment configuration
• Ability to create systems and tools that enhance team effectiveness over time
• Strong product intuition and capability to learn complex products quickly
• Experience in building demo environments or sandbox environments in a SaaS context is a plus
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working in a role where the infrastructure is still being developed
