Job Summary
Performing daily audits on client data for completeness and accuracy, the full-time Dental Analyst will utilize coding expertise to ensure appropriate reimbursement recommendations for clinical claims while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily audits on client data to verify coding accuracy and completeness according to established guidelines
- Respond to provider appeals and client inquiries regarding non-clinical issues
- Monitor client acceptance rates and provide feedback to enhance editing efficiency and address educational needs
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical dental role, such as a Dental Assistant or Dental Hygienist
- Dental coding certificate preferred or the ability to obtain one
- General knowledge of dental procedures and treatment practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
