Dental Insurance AR Specialist

Job Summary

Managing assigned dental insurance accounts receivable, the full-time RCM Specialist - Insurance AR will resolve outstanding claims, denials, and reimbursement barriers while supporting timely and accurate movement of insurance AR in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve dental insurance AR from follow-up to final resolution
• Research outstanding claims and address denials, appeals, and other reimbursement barriers
• Identify and report trends in denials and reimbursement issues to improve processes

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in dental insurance accounts receivable
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance reimbursement and claim adjudication
• Experience interpreting dental EOBs/ERAs and payer responses
• Proficiency in using practice management systems, preferably Denticon
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
