Dental Lab Technician
Job Summary
Supporting the Mexican market, the full-time remote Customer Experience - Dental Lab Technician will collaborate with clinicians on treatment plans, provide live clinical support, and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure quality outcomes and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with doctors to review and refine case designs for optimal patient outcomes
- Provide real-time technical support to Spanish-speaking clinicians via phone, chat, and video
- Act as a liaison between clinicians and lab teams, translating feedback into production outcomes
Required qualifications
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- 3+ years of experience in a dental technician role
- 2+ years of experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases
- Deep understanding of digital dental workflows and best design practices
- Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and manage complex concerns with professionalism
