Dental Operations Lead Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting premium processing, enrollment operations, and financial reconciliation for Individual Dental business, the full-time salaried Dental Operations Lead Analyst will partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain accurate financial information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily premium operations, identifying and resolving discrepancies across vendor and internal systems
• Oversee enrollment reconciliation processes and coordinate with stakeholders to address transactional errors
• Support financial reconciliation and reporting activities, ensuring accurate financial outcomes and compliance with operational controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline preferred
• At least three years of experience in healthcare operations, financial reconciliation, or enrollment management
• Experience with premium billing, enrollment processing, and operational reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, with knowledge of relational databases and reconciliation tools preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
