Dental Radiology Annotation Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Dental Radiology Annotation Specialist for a temporary, project-based engagement, this role will review and interpret dental radiology images, create precise annotations, and ensure compliance with detailed guidelines, initially for 6 weeks with potential for extension, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret various dental radiology images, performing precise pixel-level segmentation and annotation of dental anatomy and conditions
• Participate in clinical calibration, peer review, and quality assurance processes to maintain annotation accuracy and consistency
• Document and escalate complex cases while providing clinical input for annotation guidelines and participating in project meetings

Required Qualifications

• DDS, DMD, BDS, or an equivalent recognized dental degree
• Minimum of five years of clinical dentistry experience with strong knowledge of dental and craniofacial anatomy
• Demonstrated experience interpreting dental radiographs and performing image segmentation
• Strong visual attention to detail and ability to recognize subtle radiographic findings
• Proficiency with computer-based applications and ability to work independently in a remote environment
