Deployment Strategist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Deployment Strategist, the successful candidate will manage client evaluations, keep stakeholders informed, and translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage open technical questions and requirements throughout the sales cycle to maintain momentum
• Provide regular updates to customers and account teams regarding status and next steps
• Conduct solution demos and contribute to the knowledge base to enhance customer understanding and support

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as support, consulting, or analytics
• Familiarity with data and AI, including exposure to databases, analytics, and cloud platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, capable of communicating technical details to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated follow-through on complex, multi-party problems until resolution
