Deployment Strategist
Job Summary
Owning the deployment process for a portfolio of accounts, the full-time Deployment Strategist will manage end-to-end implementations, drive organizational change, and design tailored solutions for customers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run deployments from kickoff to adoption, including migration, configuration, and training
- Drive organizational change by identifying champions and addressing blockers to ensure successful adoption
- Design customer-specific Flow setups and collaborate with deployment engineers for integration work
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including deployment, consulting, or customer-facing engineering
- Proven ability to implement organizational change and make it stick
- Strong understanding of systems and hardware engineering concepts
- Experience managing long, multi-team rollouts with clear planning and communication
- Familiarity with data migration, configuration, and APIs at a working level
